In this Thinksport Kids safe SPF 50 review, Thinksport has once again come out with another strong performer. This product blocks UV very effectively and the lotion consistency should be appropriate to keep the sunscreen protection ongoing for as long as they specify (of course, the environmental conditions the sunscreen is used are to be taken into consideration).
The Thinksport Kids lotion is a physical filter based UV blocking sunscreen containing 20% non-nano Zinc oxide. Ingredients for the sunscreen lotion cocktail are kept to a minimum (which I like), but the price seems to be slightly higher than I would like to typically pay (~$19).
As for testing, the Thinksport Kids SPF 50 Lotion reduced UVI by 97.04%, UVA by 97.22%, and UVB by 94.01%. Solid results!

Prepared slide ready for testing
The Thinksport Kids SPF50+ spread consistently and evenly when applied to the microscope slide. The little bit that squeezes out on the sides shows that the formulation is not too thick.

UVB: The Ultraviolet wavelength from 280nm – 315nm. The “Bad UV light” – Causes skin cancer.

Testing notes:
Thinksport once again produces another stellar performer with their sunscreen directed for daily kids use (see adult version here). It does a very good job of blocking ultraviolet rays.
