The Milk Blur Velvet Tone Up SPF 50 contains a hybrid UV filtering formulation which uses the physical UV filters of Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide, and chemical UV filters of Octocrylene, Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate, Ethylhexyl Salicylate, and Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate in varying concentrations (I could not find any concentration information about these active ingredients online or on the bottle itself).
Testing shows the Peripera Milk Blur Velvet Tone Up SPF 50 filtered UVA by 92.47%, blocked UVB by 86.79%, and reduced total UVI by 92.13%. It is a decent sunscreen, but a little less protective than I would like to see for an SPF 50.

The Peripera Milk Blur Velvet Tone Up SPF 50 has a good viscosity and decent coverage.
You can see where the magnetic vice pressure area (in the center of the slide) has left a thin layer of the sunscreen which isn’t too thin.

Cant find much about this tone up lotion, yet it protects well enough for the price (~$9 at the time of this writing). For a quick grab and go, this would work for sun protection. It isn’t the most protective, but it’s decent for the price. Value.
