By the way, have you ever listened to music written by Joep Beving? His piano is perfect for writing sunscreen testing blog posts on a gloomy rainy day (such as this one). His music is melancholy enough that I learned his song Ala on the piano. Come to think of it, the Biore products typically give me that feeling of inexplicable sadness that comes from grey, gloomy, dark, rainy days. Never mind that I actually love dark, cold, and rainy days…but you get what I mean. Anyways, this Biore product is pretty terrible.
The Biore UV Athlizm SPF50 PA++++ sunscreen is a hybrid sunscreen formulation using the active ingredients of Zinc Oxide, Ethylhexyl Salicylate, Ethylhexyl Triazone, Diethylamino Hydroxyvaleryl Hexyl Benzoate, and Bisethylhexyloxyphenol Methenyl Triazine.
The Biore UV Athlizm SPF50 reduced 59.48% of UVA, 56.85% UVB, and 59.33% of total UVI. Unnnghhhh.

The Biore UV Athlizm SPF50 PA++++ sunscreen lotion distributed evenly enough, although it did have a mottled look…Almost seems like there wasn’t enough emulsification of the immiscible ingredients (yes, I had to look up the word “immiscible” because I forgot it from my chemistry class – the one I took two semesters ago).
