The DERMALOGY by NEOGENLAB SPF50 sunscreen lotion is a chemical based formulation containing the active ingredients Octocrylene at 8%, Homosalate at 8%, and Avobenzone at 3%.

The DERMALOGY SPF50 Day-Light Protection Airy sunscreen did a decent job filtering UVA by 89.92%, reducing UVB by 85.14%, and blocking total UVI by 89.66%. With the percentages of active ingredients used, I would estimate that these results would be about the expected performance of the sunscreen.

The DERMALOGY by NEOGENLAB SPF50 sunscreen lotion has a medium low viscosity and distributes active ingredient rather evenly. It has a good consistency. The sample looks good.

Testing notes:

I don’t really know what to write for this sunscreen. Results aren’t stellar, but they aren’t bad either. If you use it, just reapply often and you should be in good shape. Honestly though, look elsewhere unless you really like the feel of the sunscreen lotion.
